Meet Jen

After burning out in my healthcare career and nearly facing a marriage crisis in 2015, I sought professional support and began exploring brain research and psychology related to high-functioning anxiety and nervous system development. I aimed to understand the link between emotional well-being and relationship dynamics. Despite seeing therapists 1-2 times a month, I needed more consistent support.

To accelerate my progress, I created a personal program between sessions that helped reset my nervous system. This led to a calmer state, improved connection with my husband, and more impactful therapy sessions. In 2020, I launched the Human Infusion Project as a blog to share practical insights from top researchers and psychologists about achieving long-term anxiety relief. I aimed to make this information accessible to people of varying income levels and educational backgrounds, just as I had experienced. While I advocate for professional therapeutic support, I believe that foundational strategies for reducing anxiety and fostering calm, confidence, and connection are simpler than we often think. There’s a lot we can do on our own to improve our emotional state, and that’s what I aim to share.
